Job Description

As a R&D Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in the technical and commercial aspects of R&D programs for both Existing Product reliability & competitiveness and futuristic programs aligned with Siemens Energy's decarbonization and sustainability vision. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing complete R&D programs in accordance with the Product Development Process, meeting all product development requirements with defined resources. - Engaging in strong regular alignments with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. - Ensuring process adherence as per the Product Development Process and Siemens rules and tools for efficient project management. - Conducting regular risk assessments and adhering to product safety requirements. - Maintaining project documentation as per defined processes. Qualifications and Requirements: - Mechanical engineer with an MBA from premier institutes, or masters from renowned institutes like IITs, or MS from international institutes in Mechanical Engineering. - Strong background in project management with a proven track record of successfully managing programs in a global working environment with cross-functional teams across the globe. - 12-15 years of prior project management experience, preferably in the energy sector.
