Job Description

As a R&D Project Manager at Siemens Energy, your role is crucial in ensuring the technical and commercial health of R&D programs focusing on Existing Product reliability & competitiveness as well as futuristic programs related to Siemens Energy decarbonization and sustainability vision. Your responsibilities include: - Planning and executing complete R&D programs in alignment with the Product Development Process - Meeting product development requirements with defined resources - Regularly aligning with internal and external stakeholders - Ensuring process adherence as per Product Development Process and Siemens rules and tools - Conducting regular risk assessments and addressing product safety requirements - Maintaining project documentation as per defined processes To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Mechanical engineering background with an MBA from premier institutes or masters from reputed institutions like IITs or an MS from international institutes in Mechanical Engineering - Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project management in a global working environment with cross-functional teams - 12-15 years of prior project management experience, preferably in the energy sector At Siemens Energy, we offer a rewarding career with international opportunities and a diverse inclusive culture.
