Project Manager / QA Lead

As a QA Lead with 4-5 years of experience in managing custom software solutions, web applications, ERP, and CRM projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of tailored web and software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders - Translating business needs into SRS/BRD, acceptance criteria, and user stories - Defining clear project scope, prioritizing requirements, and managing change requests - Preparing and reviewing wireframes, workflows, and user journeys - Coordinating with UI/UX designers to finalize design concepts and layouts - Ensuring designs align with usability, functionality, and project goals - Preparing project plans, sprint schedules, and milestone charts - Allocating resources across developers, testers, and designers effectively - Monitoring progress, tracking risks, and ensuring deadlines are met - Contributing to backend/system structure planning (databases, APIs, integrations) - Supervising development of custom software solutions and web applications - Managing project delivery planning, release schedules, and deployment readiness - Preparing test cases and QA documentation - Conducting and supervising manual testing (functional, regression, UAT) - Validating deliverables against requirements before client handover - Coordinating with clients for UAT and final sign-offs - Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Acting as the primary client contact, providing updates and managing expectations - Conducting progress reviews, demos, and final delivery presentations Required Skills & Competencies: - 4-5 years of experience in managing custom software solutions, web applications, ERP, or CRM projects - Strong knowledge of requirement scoping, wireframing, backend concepts, and design planning - Proven experience in QA/manual testing (test case writing, execution, and defect tracking) - Strong skills in resource allocation, task planning, and project delivery management - Hands-on experience with project tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, MS Project) - Ability to balance technical feasibility, timelines, and client requirements - Must be fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
