Project Manager - Project Management Assurance Group (PMAG) - Real Estate Mixed Use Development

As an experienced Project Manager for Real Estate mixed use development projects, your role will involve overseeing and monitoring all aspects of design and construction across various project stages. This includes preconstruction, approvals, construction, and handover stages, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, reporting requirements, and quality standards. You will be working on large, mixed-use projects typically ranging from 2 to 4 million sqft, encompassing Hotels, Convention Centers, Commercial offices, Retail & Entertainment. Key Responsibilities: - Align individual asset performance with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards - Report project budgets, management MIS, schedules, and resources effectively, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting mitigating measures - Implement industry-leading project management practices and ensure team alignment with project objectives - Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project requirements - Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols - Implement risk management strategies and prepare necessary management reports and presentations - Coordinate with project team members, departments, consultants, and vendors Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Architecture (B.E/B.
