Project Manager-Process Solutions

As a Project Manager-Process Solutions at Sulzer's CT_Process Plants team in Pune, India, you will be responsible for independently managing projects, leading and mentoring a team, and maintaining regular communication with customers, sub-vendors, and suppliers. Your role will involve interfacing with clients throughout all project phases, from initiation to completion, ensuring clear project execution strategies are established, and contracts are executed according to client requirements and specifications. You will need to coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering groups, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors, to ensure that the scope of work, terms and conditions, and specifications are clearly communicated and understood. Additionally, you will be responsible for project planning, documentation, progress reporting, and budget management. Coordinating with internal engineering departments, overseas vendors, local suppliers, and end-users will also be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should hold a BE Mechanical degree with at least 13 years of total work experience, possess strong leadership and negotiation skills, excel in cost management and analytical problem-solving, and be willing to travel as needed.
