Project Manager

Position Title: Manager / Senior Manager

Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Location: Halol

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project execution for Civil Greenfield/Brownfield initiatives.

Develop detailed civil project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Monitor progress, control costs, and ensure adherence to timelines and scope.

Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation measures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors for seamless execution.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.

Present project updates and MIS reports to senior leadership.

Requirements & Skills

BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); MBA preferred.

8 to 15 years of experience in civil project management within Manufacturing/Engineering.

Proven track record in managing Greenfield/Brownfield civil projects.

Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera for project planning and scheduling.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
