Job Description

As a Global Project Manager for Omnichannel Automation, you will play a crucial role in driving seamless global engagement with healthcare professionals by leading marketing and medical initiatives across our Omnichannel Ecosystem. Collaborating closely with IT teams and Business counterparts, you will be responsible for defining solutions, managing product backlogs, and prioritizing requests as the Product Owner Proxy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your primary focus will be on delivering innovative, AI-powered omnichannel experiences that maximize business impact across regions and franchises. Your key responsibilities will include initiating the IT roadmap for omnichannel marketing automation and AI-driven orchestration using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and Data & AI tools. You will oversee IT projects end-to-end, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment of cross-functional teams for successful delivery. Acting as the Product Owner Proxy, you will lead Sprint planning, actively participate in daily meetings, create and manage tickets in Jira, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful sprint execution. Collaboration with both business and tech teams will be essential in aligning solutions with roadmap/project goals. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying new opportunities and technologies, including AI and Salesforce innovations, to drive continuous improvement and impactful customer engagement. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the pharma industry with a proven track record of implementing Omnichannel Solutions. Profound Project Management skills, including agile techniques, and experience in leading internal and external project teams in an international environment are essential. Expert knowledge in Marketing Automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and integrations in Omnichannel ecosystem processes, such as Content Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Reporting & Analytics, is required. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards, such as HIPAA and GDPR, is beneficial to ensure that marketing initiatives adhere to legal requirements. Strong social and analytical skills, along with a proactive, collaborative mindset, result-oriented approach, and customer-centric focus, are qualities we seek in potential candidates.
