Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: - Collaborate with US clients to understand project requirements and develop a delivery plan accordingly. - Stay updated with best practices and current legislation in the technical field. - Coordinate with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements. - Maintain Client NPS rating of 8 or higher. - Work with clients to secure repeat business and identify additional service opportunities. - Support team leads and teams by ensuring they understand the technical requirements and are equipped to deliver accordingly. - Ensure that every deliverable undergoes technical review and approval. - Provide feedback to engineers on areas for improvement and develop training plans to enhance technical competence. - Conduct interviews for key engineering positions and identify suitable hires. - Minimum 10 years of deep technical knowledge and experience in MEP areas, specifically with US-based projects. - Expertise in delivering all aspects of MEP design, including preliminary and detailed design deliverables. - Proven experience in working directly with clients. - Ability to establish required competence levels, assess staff against these benchmarks, and create robust development plans for all technical staff. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong leadership abilities. Qualification: BE/ BTech Key Skills: - Technical expertise in MEP systems: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and water supply systems. - Familiarity with US building codes and standards: Expertise in compliance with ASHRAE or NEC, and other relevant US standards. - Proficiency in MEP software tools: Experienced in using software AutoCAD, Revit MEP, other BIM tools for design and coordination. - Project management skills: Strong ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. - Client relationship management: Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships, securing repeat business, and identifying additional opportunities.
