Project Manager

You should have 7-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager. As an SAP Project Manager, your responsibilities will include end-to-end project management for assigned SAP IT projects. This involves project planning, delivery, internal customer interaction, troubleshooting, managing projects and people, and providing leadership to ensure standardized solutions across the organization. You must have worked on 3-5 end-to-end cloud SAP implementation projects for Cloud LOB Solutions such as C4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, etc., as a Project lead/manager. Experience in RISE WITH SAP is preferable. Additionally, experience as a lead consultant/Solution Architect in cloud SAP solutions like C4C, Hybris Commerce, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and a desire to transition into an SAP Project Manager role is essential. Certification in SAP Activate/PMP is an added advantage. You will be expected to build strong customer relationships, proactively identify changes in work scope, manage project finances, communicate and escalate issues, drive standards, and oversee all SAP project activities to ensure successful delivery on schedule and within budget. Excellent communication skills, ability to manage stakeholders effectively, and experience in implementing/improving data governance strategies are also key requirements for this role.
