Project Manager- NAV/BC Functional

The Sr. Project Manager (NAV, Business Central) position is available onsite in Ahmedabad. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of customer projects by leveraging your expertise and experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics Applications. With over 10 years of experience in this field, you have completed at least 5 end-to-end implementation cycles. Your in-depth knowledge in one core area and understanding across connected modules and applications/technology will be vital in comprehending business processes from the client's perspective. Your role will involve gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and devising effective solutions. You will also be responsible for assisting the technical team in successful data migration and reconciliation processes. Your ability to develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and mitigate risks using SDLC methodologies such as Agile/Scrum will be essential. Furthermore, you will collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and develop customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics NAV and related technologies. Leading implementation projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor progress against milestones, report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, and ensure effective change management processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Developing expertise within the team, taking ownership of all customer deliveries, and being accountable for the success of engagements are also crucial aspects of this role.
