Role & responsibilities

1. Project Management Expertise Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
2. Planning & Scheduling – Skilled in creating detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and realistic timelines. 3. Risk & Issue Management – Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve escalations effectively. 4. Retail & Supply Chain Domain Knowledge – Understanding of retail operations, supply chain, logistics, and technology-driven improvements. 5. Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to engage and align business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and operations stakeholders. 6. Change Management – Expertise in handling changes to scope, timelines, and deliverables with minimal business disruption. 7. Communication & Reporting – Strong written and verbal communication, with experience preparing executive dashboards and reports. 8. Leadership & Team Management – Capability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate members, and resolve conflicts. 9. Tools & Technology – Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, etc.). 10. Execution in Fast-paced Environments – Track record of delivering projects under tight deadlines and at scale.
