Project Manager MEP

Role & responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, work plans, and budgets for construction sites, ensuring alignment with timelines and budget constraints.

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety standards, and regulations.

• Conduct inspections to monitor progress and ensure high standards of workmanship and material quality.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of site issues.

• Oversee office interior design and fit-out projects, including space planning, layout design, and interior dcor, ensuring alignment with the clients brand and functional requirements.

• Source materials, furnishings, and finishes for office interiors; coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring interior fit-out projects meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience or more than that in project management for both construction and office interior projects.

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Office, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated experience in budget control, scheduling, and project tracking for both construction and interior projects.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.

• Ability to handle complex issues on construction sites and in office interiors, with a focus on efficient solutions.

• High level of attention to detail for quality assurance in both construction and interior finishing.
