Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with contract terms, schedules, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and reports. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to project success. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety laws.
