Position Title:

Job Summary

Role of PM coordinating site logistics, access, and resources to optimize construction efficiency and minimize disruptions. - Implement quality management processes and procedures to ensure that structural construction works adhere to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Project in all aspects

- Oversee the developments of project by close monitoring; responsible for the day-to-day operations of a project and ensures that it meets its goals

- Close watch on project management issues like work plans, procurement, reporting, and asset management

- Coordinating the implementation of activities and liaising with national counterparts

- Ensuring the quality of work packages and implementing quality management processes

- Complying with organizational policies and ensuring that projects adhere to approved designs and specifications

- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to provide financial insights and support.

- Providing technical guidance and expertise on structural engineering matters

- Preparing and issuing project reports and reviewing project status

- Coordinating site logistics, access, and resources

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with significant experience in UGSS piping or similar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities, sewer systems, and piping installation techniques.
• Must be a Computer Savvy – knowledge on project management software preferred.
• Good Communication skills and a Team Player
