Project Manager IT Services

As a Project Manager at Punctuations, your role will involve overseeing multiple ongoing software service projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality, and facilitating effective communication among clients, developers, QA, and management teams. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, planning and tracking project milestones using Agile/Scrum methodologies, collaborating with clients to understand requirements, conducting sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensuring clear communication between offshore and onshore teams. Your key responsibilities will also include maintaining project documentation, reporting, and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project delivery for multiple software service engagements. - Plan, track, and oversee project milestones, deliverables, and timelines using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, define priorities, and set expectations. - Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure proper documentation of all activities. - Work with internal teams to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum. - Establish clear communication protocols between offshore and onshore teams. - Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement practices. - Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of proven experience managing IT or software services projects. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools. - Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). - Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience working with U.S. clients or international teams is a plus. - Ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain composure under deadlines.
