Project Manager IT

Track progress, identify risks, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. - Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks early in the project lifecycle. Develop risk mitigation plans and strategies while resolving conflicts and balancing priorities. - Foster clear and transparent communication across stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to ensure alignment on goals and timelines. - Drive end-to-end delivery of tech products and projects for the business by collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with technical delivery resources to estimate and plan project delivery, ensuring high-quality tech products are delivered. - Lead the selection, acquisition, and contractual agreements for IT services and products. Maintain awareness of relevant privacy and data security regulations. - Develop and implement contingency plans to reduce potential risks during product launches and plan for continuous improvement of IT solutions post-deployment. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters or Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 8+ years of information technology experience, including consulting, delivery, and maintenance of large-scale ERP, SAAS, and Analytics platforms. - 3+ years of progressive leadership experience partnering with business and IT stakeholders in complex organizational contexts. - Experience working in Manufacturing, Durable Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail Industry. **Additional Details:** - The company focuses on maintaining strong relationships with business teams and their leaders to provide timely resolutions to issues and challenges.
