As a Project Management Intern at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team to ensure successful execution of cross-functional initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - **Project Planning & Coordination** - Assisting in preparing project plans, outlining scope, objectives, and timelines. - Tracking project milestones and updating progress reports. - Ensuring alignment of deliverables with organizational and client goals. - **Team Collaboration** - Supporting coordination across development, design, and operations teams. - Assisting in organizing and facilitating internal and external meetings. - Documenting meeting minutes, follow-ups, and action items. - **Risk & Issue Support** - Identifying and documenting potential risks or blockers during project execution. - Suggesting possible mitigation approaches and escalating when necessary. - **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication** - Preparing project documentation, status updates, and client-ready presentations. - Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Maintaining transparency by sharing progress updates regularly. - **Quality & Continuous Improvement** - Supporting quality checks to ensure deliverables meet defined standards. - Contributing ideas for process improvements and project efficiency. **Qualifications:** - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Technical understanding of software development concepts, tools, or engineering processes. - Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana is an advantage.
