Project Manager - Interiors

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure project milestones are met..

Execution and Monitoring:

• Oversee project execution,ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage communication to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance performance.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all project activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold compliance.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification:

  Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A masters degree is preferred.

• Experience:

  Minimum 3-7 years in project management within civil construction and interior turnkey fitouts.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations.
