Project Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Embedded Engineer with 1012 years of experience in

embedded system design and project management. The ideal candidate will play a key role

in leading design initiatives, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with

industry standards preferably in Safety critical Systems. The candidate will lead a team of

10 engineers with complete autonomy over the R&D function, reporting directly to the CEO

and Board of Directors. This is an in-office role based at our Bangalore headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of embedded systems for signaling

applications.

• Oversee end-to-end project management from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, QA, and

production.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including RDSO technical specifications

and SIL-4.

• Review and approve technical documents, design specifications, and test plans.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in embedded system design and development.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, LDRA knowledge, microcontrollers, RTOS, RAMS and

circuit design.

• Experience in handling project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder

communication.

• Exposure to railway signaling systems or safety-critical applications is a plus.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
