Project Manager, Insurance Implementation and Support

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Core Policy Administration Solution in the Life Insurance/Financial Services domain. With a minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, you should have real-world experience in commercial software development projects. Your role will involve effectively managing people and geographically diverse teams, fostering teamwork, positively influencing others, and making timely and informed decisions. You should possess a PMP or equivalent Project Management certification and have prior experience in insurance platform implementation with knowledge of the insurance domain. Your ability to organize, plan, and lead will be crucial in setting goals, resolving problems, and making decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness. You should demonstrate a self-starter attitude and the capability to manage complex situations by engaging stakeholders to build consensus and resolve key issues. Additionally, your excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to best practices in project management will be essential for success in this role. Knowledge of Oracle DB, Cobol, Java, and operating systems like Windows NT/2000 and Sun Solaris would be advantageous. In this role, you will play a vital part in advancing the organization's goals, implementing action plans, and evaluating processes and results. Your key skills should include proficiency in Project Management, Insurance Domain, PMP, Agile, and Insurance Policy Administration.
