About the Role:

Nithin's Aircon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects from inception to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Construction:

• Review contracts and scope of work.

• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets.

• Procure materials and subcontractors.

• Obtain necessary permits and approvals.

• Conduct pre-construction meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Construction:

• Oversee all aspects of project construction, including installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any potential issues.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.

• Manage project budgets and track expenses.

• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to management.

• Post-Construction:

• Conduct project closeout procedures, including final inspections and client walkthroughs.

• Prepare project documentation and handover packages.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management.

• Proven experience in managing all phases of HVAC projects, from design to installation.

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management software
