Job Description

JD for SAP APO PPDS : Must have 12 + years of Experience supporting and/or implementing SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) PPDS (Production Planning Detailed Scheduling solutions).Participation in at least 2 full scale (blueprint, design, build, test, deploy and support) implementation projects involving SAP APO and integration with ECC application. Exposure to other SAP APO modules(SNP,DP), and their integration within APO and with ECC Expert knowledge of Core Interface (CIF) integration with SAP ECC Expert knowledge of SAP PP Material Requirements Planning Knowledge of background jobs & process chains to manage the daily planning requirements. Expertise on PPDS and ECC for Master data creation like Material master, Production version, Work center and BOM. Should have hands on experience with repetitive manufacturing process and relevant SAP ECC master data set up (rate routing, alternate/primary/secondary resource) and configuration. Must have hands on experience in Set up matrix and detailed understanding of set up group, set up key, set up of integration model (material independent) for set up group CIF from ECC to APO. Must have detailed hands on experience in defining scheduling profiles and scheduling optimizer, capacity planning of primary and secondary resource. Must have hands on experience with configuration of scheduling board. Strong understanding of SAP APO PP/DS (Production Planning Detailed Scheduling) concepts and standards, and integration with SAP ECC. Integration experience of SNP/PPDS is must. Must have experience with Trim optimization, CTP Promise, Variant Configuration. Expertise in PPDS (Heuristic and Subcontracting), Optimizer & Block Planning. Should have ABAP Debugging exposure.Transportation planning: Integration of R/3 and APO Vehicle Scheduling TPVS Order Category Selection Transportation Optimizer, Carrier Setup. Vehicle Scheduling TPVS Order Category Selection. Define Optimization Profile, Tenderings, Interactive Vehicle Scheduling.
