Project Manager - GBS Commercial

As a Project Manager at AB InBev GCC in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in leading the execution of high-impact global data products. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze Customer and Consumer sentiments across various platforms. Acting as the Scrum Master, you will ensure that Agile best practices are followed, managing sprints effectively to enhance velocity and quality. Your role will involve coordinating with Data Science, Visualization, Engineering, and Functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones while managing complexity, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities: - Act as Scrum Master: plan and execute stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. - Maintain sprint boards and delivery trackers using tools like Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or Jira. - Develop and update project documentation, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk logs. - Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, including data scientists, BI developers, data engineers, and stakeholders. - Communicate project progress, dependencies, and roadblocks to leadership and global stakeholders. - Identify and address impediments affecting team velocity and sprint health. - Ensure team alignment with business priorities and timelines across different geographies. - Track and report progress against KPIs, project health indicators, and delivery benchmarks. - Support the team in balancing technical development with usability and business value delivery. - Manage competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and global projects with multiple stakeholders and data ecosystems. Qualifications, Experience, Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. - Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) preferred. - 8+ years of project/program management experience with at least 4 years in Agile environments. - Proven experience in managing cross-functional data/tech teams and working with Data Science and BI teams. - Proficiency in project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ClickUp), Data Science, BI tools (Power BI), and cloud platforms (Azure). - An undying love for beer!
