About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Outreach and coordination of various initiatives of DPurpose and managing databases and carrying out market research on new initiatives 2. Liaise with colleges, professors, and students to encourage participation in our flagship hackathon event Hack4Purpose. Strategise reaching colleges all over India and conduct campaigns to promote the event and address student inquiries 3. Manage all event-related data, including participant registrations and other crucial details, ensuring accurate and timely updates 4. Maintenance and handling event communications through WhatsApp, email, and other channels, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders 5. Supervise and coordinate volunteer and intern teams, providing guidance and ensuring smooth collaboration throughout the event preparation and execution phases 6. Oversee event logistics, ensuring that all activities, materials, and resources are well-organized and the event runs smoothly 7.
