Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead complete project execution for Highway and Structures construction.
Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendor coordination.
Oversee execution of road layers (GSB, WMM, DBM, BC) & utilities (pipe laying, chambers, cable ducts, stormwater drains).
Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications, safety rules & QA/QC standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, government bodies and local authorities.
Review DPRs, BOQ, RA bills, joint measurements & cost monitoring.
Identify risks, delays & implement corrective measures.
