The culture at FIS is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and passionate, ensuring a fun and engaging work environment. - Conduct in-depth analysis and design of business and systems processes. - Plan, execute, and oversee process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma. - Assess and enhance existing processes, lead cross-functional project teams, and develop metrics to measure process performance. - Utilize project management tools like MS Project, PlanView, and Jira for successful execution. - Manage budgets, create timelines, conduct risk analysis, and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle. - Excel, Power BI, and resource estimation expertise for accurate forecasting of project resources. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define expectations, secure approvals, and ensure stakeholder agreement. - Make informed decisions under pressure, monitor milestones, utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generate detailed reports for stakeholders. Your knowledge of FIS products and services, the financial services industry, and basic financial analysis principles and ratios would be an added advantage.
