The role in question presents an opportunity for a Project Manager to become part of a team of Project Management professionals. The responsibilities include driving strategic programs and outcomes by collaborating closely with leaders across different functions and geographies. The focus is on designing, leading, and implementing business imperatives of varying size and complexity, alongside enabling business goals and playing various roles within the project management domain. As part of the EY Technology Services team, the selected individual's work will span the entire product lifecycle. This involves activities ranging from design and engineering to product management, deployment, testing, support, user experience, and architecture across multiple areas. The key responsibilities include defining project objectives, resource management, budgeting, project planning, delivery management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and project performance evaluation. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, along with 9 to 14 years of corporate experience in a Large MNC setting. Additionally, 4 to 8 years of relevant Project Management experience is required, particularly across application development, deployment, implementation, and infrastructure. Proficiency in technologies such as .NET, Java, SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps, Data Analytics, Chatbot, AI, and ML is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Ideal candidates will have experience with project management software tools, possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, and demonstrate skills in process improvement and design thinking. The role requires a proactive approach towards managing projects and programs in a controlled manner to ensure deliverables meet the desired standards.
