Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager specializing in IT Infrastructure Systems and Support, your role will involve implementing end-to-end delivery of APAC IT infrastructure projects. This includes tasks such as client/server OS refresh, endpoint management deployment, backup infrastructure enhancements, monitoring services, and resource augmentation offshoring initiatives. You will ensure alignment with Regional/Head Office objectives, timelines, and best practices. Some specific projects you may work on include Win11 migration, Win Server 2012/2016 upgrade, Intune related projects, Rubrik back-up implementation, offshore operation related tasks, Zscaler deployment, and SolarWinds projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing end-to-end delivery of APAC IT infrastructure projects - Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams in APAC - Facilitating effective communication with stakeholders - Preparing and presenting project documentation and reports to senior management - Identifying project issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans - Monitoring and controlling project progress to achieve goals and objectives In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure - 3-5 years of hands-on experience with systems like Wintel, M365, Intune, VMware, Azure, SolarWinds, and backup solutions - Experience delivering regional/global IT projects, including local support - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Skilled in vendor and IT team coordination Preferred qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience in financial services, PMP and ITIL certifications, exposure to multicultural environments and local IT regulations, as well as Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, and MCSD.,
