Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage and supervise electrical subcontractors and on-site labor to ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor project compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to avoid delays and budget overruns.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Primavera.
