Project Manager (Digital Transformation - Retail)

You will be responsible for owning and documenting the entire digital transformation process for mid-enterprise clients, conducting detailed requirement gathering and process analysis, and overseeing project execution. As a Project Manager at Momentum91, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, define project scope and objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, overseeing project execution, leading stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, providing status updates and risk assessments to leadership, and assisting in ERP implementation strategies. You will also research industry trends and best practices to optimize digital transformation efforts. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role within software development, IT consulting, or ERP projects. You should possess a strong understanding of business process documentation, requirement gathering, and digital transformation strategies, as well as experience in leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms is required, along with experience in Retail technology projects being a plus.
