Project Manager

As an Interior Design Project Manager in our organization, you will be responsible for all aspects of project management for interior design projects. You will coordinate and manage all phases of the project to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute residential interior projects. - Handle budgeting, planning, and resource management. - Coordinate with the design team, procurement team, estimation team, and vendors. - Ensure projects are completed with the required quality and within the specified timelines. - Communicate effectively and address client escalations promptly. Qualifications Required: - Must have a good command of the English language. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven working experience in residential site execution and modular kitchen projects. - Proficiency in AutoCAD software. - Ability to read 2D drawings and take measurements at sites. - Knowledge of billing of materials, quotation checking, and technical details. - Familiarity with 2D and 3D drawings. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Project management skills. - Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in residential interiors. - Capable of managing 3-4 projects simultaneously.
