Project Manager - Cybersecurity & IAM

You are looking for a Project Manager specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM). With a minimum of 7-10 years of project management experience, you should have expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is necessary, along with Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). Your role will involve familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft EntraID/Azure AD, as well as understanding of authentication protocols like Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OIDC, OAuth. You will lead technical discussions on authentication protocols, work with applications/platforms to adopt protocols with an Identity Provider, and analyze different technologies. Data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and gathering IAM-related requirements are key responsibilities. Experience in optimizing processes, ensuring on-time delivery, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels is crucial. Good-to-have qualifications include Banking Domain Expertise, familiarity with risk management frameworks like NIST or COBIT, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies, FIDO-based authentication, and working with global teams. Your skills should include expertise in Azure AD, Business Analysis, Jira. As a positive team player, you will contribute to a large team environment, exhibit strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills, and have accountability for deliverables. Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies and IAM technology experience will be beneficial.
