Contractor position

The purpose of this role is to strengthen and support effective implementation of various compliance projects, initiatives and monitoring programs in India. The role owner will support & lead on a short-term contract basis, various global and local initiatives, guidelines, compliance dashboards, trends & analytics and compliance campaigns. Initially the contract will be for 12 months to be extended as warranted.

  • Compliance (Anti Bribery Policy) related response management and liaison with MAPP / MEET Service Center, Compliance and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
  • Create and summarize dashboards, leverage available systems, tools and databases for compliance related analytics and oversight
  • Create presentations, training decks, communications, newsletters and manage compliance repositories, sharepoint etc.
  • Lead & participate in various compliance projects and support Compliance partners on various compliance activities, culture initiatives and risks remediation, country compliance committee, monitoring projects etc.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on assigned projects to collaborate, negotiate and drive fact- and risk-based decision making.
  • Track all Investigation CAPA, QMS and LRA remediations engaging relevant local stakeholders.
  • Administrative support in relation to functions budget tracking, PO and invoice management.
  • Track functional priorities including following up with internal and external shareholders
  • Drive operational efficiencies, manage minutes etc. in Compliance Meetings and Triage Forums

Professional Experience:

  • University degree, preferably in Law, or Business Administration or Finance
  • Proven experience as an operations manager with 2-4 years of experience preferably in Pharma Industry
  • Technical skills with law, auditing, reviews, investigation, project management background will be beneficial.
  • Understanding of laws and process governance is highly desirable.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Organizational Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, word and Powerpoint.
  • Project management tools
  • Knowledge of Dashboard creation, AI, Power BI, excel macros preferred.
  • Adept at designing communications and presentations
