Roles and Responsibilities

• A professional leaderof project team for various projects.
• Single point of contact for all matters pertaining to assigned projects
• Develop a Plan for the Projects Delivery encompassing the 4 M's ( Men, Materials, Money and Methods) based upon Company's overall Vision.
• To ensure the timely indents/follow ups for availability of FOC materials and construction materials at site.
• Team Motivation, discipline , providing professional/technical guidance, empower his Team & ensure Delivery of all Projects/ Activities as per plan
• Effective management of all phases of project(planning, execution and handing over), institute standardized systems and keeping in view of budgeted cost, time and acceptable work quality.
• Ensure contract implementation, administration including ensuring contractors fulfills contractual obligations.
• Organize periodic review of the various projects with Top Management andensure proper disclosure of relevant project related issues.
• Prepare advance plans in consultation with Management for rolling out new projects, including staffing, premises, IT assets and financial requirements.
• Conduct fortnightly site inspections
• Coordinate with Inter departments, external agencies and consultants to meet the project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with minimum 15-18 years in group housing & high-rise projects in Real Estate.
• Candidates, those who have worked under PMC's will be preferred first.
• Thorough knowledge of construction activities involved in specific high rise building construction including structure, finishing and site development.
• Must be capable of handling multiple projects with standard construction practices efficiently.
• Should be able to develop a smooth construction control and project development and an efficient reporting system.
• Should be familiar with essential test procedures of Raw materials/concrete and other building materials.
