Job description Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Site Management and Coordination Ensure quality control Identifying and managing project risks and issues. Ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Perform all daily inspections and tests under the scope to accomplish the quality of construction indicated in the drawings/specifications for all works performed by the contractor Leading and coordinating project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Estimating and managing project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met. Monitoring project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Daily monitoring of construction progress, considering quality concerns and ensuring job site safety considerations are addressed Timely submission of weekly progress report (WPR), Non-conformity report (NCR), and site observation report (SOR) to head office Possessing a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Being able to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications. Skills and Qualifications: Education: BE. Civil / B. Tech / M. Tech. (Civil Mandatory) Experience: 6-15 years Proven experience managing civil engineering projects. Willing to relocate in Chitrakut, only apply.
