Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in Aadhaar Authentication (ASA/AUA ecosystem), Aadhaar Data Vault implementation, and Aadhaar-based Direct Benefit Transfer (ADV) integrated with NPCI services. The candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale e-Governance and citizen-centric digital platforms, ensuring compliance with UIDAI and NPCI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• • Manage complete project lifecycle for Aadhaar Authentication (ASA/AUA) and ADV/DBT implementations.
• • Lead and oversee Aadhaar Data Vault design, implementation, and operations in compliance with UIDAI regulations.
• • Manage integration with NPCI services for Aadhaar-based DBT (ADV).
• • Deliver web-based portals for citizens and government departments, ensuring high availability and security.
• • Coordinate with UIDAI, NPCI, Government bodies, System Integrators, and internal teams.
• • Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards (UIDAI,,ISO, etc.).
• • Provide regular project status reports to senior management and government stakeholders.
• • Manage cross-functional teams including development, QA, infra, and security.

Preferred Skills

• • Experience in large-scale DBT, subsidy, or welfare delivery systems.
• • Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid project methodologies.
• • Familiarity with API integrations, encryption, secure data exchange, and data privacy norms.
• • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• • B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MBA / Equivalent from a recognized institution.
