Project Manager - Capital Markets & Investment Banking

As a Project Manager in Capital Markets & Investment Banking, your role will involve leading strategic change initiatives in areas such as managing complex projects across the trade lifecycle, regulatory change, and operational transformation. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory mandates. - Defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables; managing budgets, resources, and risks. - Leading cross-functional teams across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology. - Maintaining project governance, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications. - Ensuring timely delivery of milestones and managing dependencies across workstreams. - Overseeing UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution. - Ensuring adherence to internal controls and external regulatory frameworks (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, Basel III). As for the qualifications required for this role, you should possess: - Strong domain knowledge in capital markets or financial markets. - Proven experience in delivering projects in investment banking. - Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, SEC, CFTC, Basel III. - Product knowledge across Equities, Derivatives, FX, EM, and Treasury. - Experience with legal agreements such as GMRA, GSLA, ISDA is a plus. - Proficiency in project tooling like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Additionally, certifications in Agile, PRINCE2, SCRUM, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred for this role.,
