Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Key Responsibilities

Bid Management:Lead and coordinate the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to submission.Develop bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Proposal Development

Prepare and review SAP solution proposals, including technical, commercial, and compliance sections.Ensure proposals meet client requirements and adhere to company standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with sales, pre-sales, SAP consultants, and delivery teams.Facilitate internal reviews and approvals before submission.

Risk & Compliance

Identify risks in bids and propose mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and contractual obligations.

Costing & Pricing

Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to prepare accurate cost models and pricing.

Client Interaction

Engage with clients during the bid process for clarifications and negotiations.

Experience

10+ years in bid management or proposal writing, preferably in SAP or IT services.Strong understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA, ECC, Cloud, etc.).
