Project Manager

As a Project Manager at AstraZeneca, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials and non-interventional studies. You will work closely with the external service provider (CRO) and Investigators to meet quality and quantity commitments efficiently. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the study is carried out in compliance with AZ Procedures, SOPs, Guidelines (such as ICH and GCP), and local regulations. You will be responsible for delivering projects as per the set timelines and commitments. Additionally, you will initiate, conduct, and deliver non-interventional studies across various therapeutic areas in collaboration with External Service Providers. You will also collaborate in the identification, selection, and engagement of External Service Providers like CRO, DM, and Laboratory. Moreover, you will prepare and manage clinical trial budgets, study protocols, CRFs, and other study-related documents. You will oversee site and Investigator selection, as well as monitoring activities to ensure quality conduct of the trial/study. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and other regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with CROs to track trial progress and milestones, and take corrective and preventive actions during the trial to ensure GCP compliance and data reliability. Furthermore, you will manage publication activities and adhere to the Publication Policy. Qualifications Required: - Essential: Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field (Pharm D), Experience in handling Clinical trials, observational studies, Publication, and ESR. - Desirable: Post-graduate qualification.
