Project Manager (Architecture)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects efficiently by utilizing project management software such as Zoho or other similar tools. Your role will involve coordinating with site supervisors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management to effectively handle project scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize project management expertise to schedule projects, allocate resources, manage budgets, and mitigate risks effectively. - Demonstrate knowledge in design and construction processes to oversee projects successfully. - Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asana is essential for effective project coordination. - Familiarity with design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM software will be beneficial for project execution.
