Project Manager-App Dev(Muslim)

As a Technical Project Manager in Mobile App Development at our fast-growing company, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a diverse team of 8-15 members, including iOS Developers, Android Developers, Social Media Manager, UI/UX Designers, and QA/Testers and Coordinators. You will oversee the complete product lifecycle of EdTech and educational apps, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks are successfully met. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing mobile app development projects from inception to delivery, coordinating and supervising the efforts of various teams, defining clear milestones, tracking progress, and managing timelines effectively. You will collaborate closely with clients, mainly based in Dubai and the UAE, as well as internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive the application development strategy, particularly focusing on EdTech solutions, and maintain a problem-solving mindset while ensuring smooth communication across teams. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-15 years of experience in app development and project management, with a strong background in mobile application development including iOS, Android, and hybrid apps. Hands-on experience in EdTech or educational app development is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills are essential, along with experience working with international clients, specifically in the UAE/Gulf region. Preference will be given to Muslim candidates to align with the cultural and team requirements. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of 5 - 8 LPA, based on your experience and expertise. You will be expected to work from our office located in Noida, Sector 63, H Block.
