Project Manager AI & Machine Learning

Role Overview: As a Project Manager in Research & Development (R&D) specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) at NCS SoftSolutions (P) Ltd, a leading Audit Platform in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in transforming Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Audit processes. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop innovative R&D solutions using Java frameworks and AI/ML technologies to enhance the efficiency and innovation of the eTHIC GRC & Audit Platform. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop R&D solutions using Java (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets) and MyBatis - Build and integrate RESTful APIs - Work with Oracle DB for data modeling and query optimization - Ensure secure coding practices, support VAPT fixes, and patch updates - Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git for deployment - Apply AI/ML models, utilize ML APIs or cloud-based AI services - Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams - Guide junior developers and lead small teams when required Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Java, Spring, MyBatis, JSP, Servlets - Good knowledge of REST APIs and Oracle DB - Exposure to secure coding and vulnerability fixes - Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines - Basic to intermediate knowledge in AI/ML frameworks or services - Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills Join NCS SoftSolutions (P) Ltd in this dynamic role where your experience, flexibility, and innovative mindset will be highly valued.
