Project Manager AI & Machine Learning

As a Project Manager in Research & Development (R&D) specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) at NCS SoftSolutions (P) Ltd, a leading Audit Platform in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in transforming Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Audit processes. The company is dedicated to delivering efficiency and innovation through its flagship product, eTHIC GRC & Audit Platform. Your role will involve designing and developing innovative R&D solutions using Java frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets, and MyBatis. You will also be responsible for building and integrating RESTful APIs, working with Oracle DB for data modeling and query optimization, and ensuring secure coding practices and vulnerability fixes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, guiding junior developers, and leading small teams as necessary will be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git, along with a basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML frameworks or cloud-based services, will give you an advantage in this role.
