Job Description

Role & responsibilities Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordination: Collaborate with various departments (e.g., clinical, regulatory, quality, R&D) to ensure smooth project execution. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and regulatory submissions. Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Preferred candidate profile Education: at least bachelors degree in pharmacy or in Life Sciences. Skills: Strong communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in project management concepts and software. Experience: Internship or academic project experience in a related field is preferred but not required. Key Competencies: Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
