Project Management Associate 1

As a Project Management Associate at RSM, your role within the Office of Risk Management (ORM) will involve project coordination, management of initiatives, and daily triage of support tickets for multiple ORM teams. You will be responsible for communicating with internal clients, assigning workloads to contract review attorneys, and contributing to the development of innovative concepts for continuous process improvement. Your critical thinking and decision-making skills will be essential to ensure the firm's risk-related workstreams are effectively managed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate multiple projects and stakeholder relationships to meet business needs. - Triage and monitor legal contracts received through the CQRM Service Request form. - Address internal clients" needs related to contract reviews. - Assist with risk management initiatives and team reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree - 1-3 years of experience in a professional services firm - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to make sound judgments on assignments and team workload - Demonstrated organization, time management, and attention to detail - Knowledge of Sharepoint and Servicenow (preferred) - Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) At RSM, we value our people and offer a competitive benefits and compensation package.
