About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Project Liaison Officer to join our team. You will be the bridge between our clients, on-site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring that project updates, issues, and billing matters are managed efficiently and in real-time. This is an on-site role where quick thinking, timely communication, and problem-solving are essential to keep projects running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain real-time communication with site teams, clients, and subcontractors for project updates
• Identify, escalate, and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution
• Track billing, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Send clear and professional emails, make calls, and maintain daily communication with all stakeholders
• Prepare and share daily/weekly progress and billing reports with management
• Support site operations and coordination to ensure smooth workflow
• Act as the go-to person for clients and internal teams when updates or clarifications are needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Odia is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and soft skills for client and team interactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
• Experienced in billing, payment tracking, and client coordination
• Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Confident in problem-solving, following up until resolution, and taking initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
