Job Description

As an AI/ML Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for designing and engineering the backbone of solutions for CSR automation. This includes owning and managing end-to-end GenAI pipelines, from ingestion to evaluation & observability. You will work on modularizing codebases to support various models, retrievers, and knowledge graphs across content creation, summarization, and Q&A. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end GenAI pipelines for CSR automation, including ingestion, preprocessing/OCR, semantic chunking, embeddings/vector store, RAG/agents, evaluation & observability. - Engineer agentic workflows with LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI/Agno for multi-step reasoning, tool use, and human checkpoints. - Modularize codebases to support pluggable models, prompts, retrievers, and knowledge graphs. - Connect to Databricks for data engineering and feature pipelines. - Implement semantic chunking/tokenization strategies for clinical artifacts and optimize retrievers for numerical fidelity. - Design Knowledge Graphs and Graph RAG patterns for evidence and traceability. - Select and integrate LLMs via Azure OpenAI/AWS Bedrock. - Design prompt templates and function/tool schemas for consistent outputs. - Containerize and deploy services with Docker on Azure/AWS. - Integrate low/no code orchestrators for human workflows and rapid business iteration. - Maintain production reliability and security. Qualifications Required: - Advanced degree in computer sciences or quantitative research or relevant experience in the AI/ML space with hands-on experience in end-to-end development to deployment. - 5+ years of AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years of Generative AI in production. - Strong Python skills; experience in building back-end services and APIs. - Familiarity with OCR technologies and multi-modal data processing. - Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and RAG architectures. - Expertise in semantic chunking, tokenization, vector databases, and OCR pipelines. - Cloud experience with Azure/AWS, Azure OpenAI/Bedrock, and containerization with Docker. - Domain exposure to pharma/Clinical R&D will be an added advantage. Soft Skills: - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, processes, and results. - Prepare and present detailed reports on assigned projects to stakeholders, illustrating the impact and effectiveness of data-driven strategies.,
