As a Project Lead Hardware Systems, your role will involve driving project execution, mentoring technical teams, and delivering hands-on training to develop internal capabilities. You will be responsible for project leadership, mentoring & coaching, training & development, technical oversight, and stakeholder communication. It is essential to report progress to leadership and stakeholders regularly and translate complex technical issues into clear action items for varied audiences.
