Project Lead- Interior

As a key member of Latinem India Global Capability Centre, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing interior design projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with clients to comprehend their design objectives, creating and presenting design proposals through various mediums like mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings. It will also involve coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. Your expertise will be instrumental in selecting and sourcing materials, furniture, and finishes that align with the design concept and client's budget. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources will be essential to ensure timely project delivery within predefined parameters. You will oversee the procurement and installation of all interior design elements while providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers and support staff. Staying abreast of industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies in the field of interior design will be vital for your continuous professional growth. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals will be crucial in maintaining Latinem's commitment to excellence and global alignment. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with a preference for a Master's degree. Possessing relevant certifications in architecture and technology, along with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architecture and design, will be advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, while a strong understanding of software architecture principles and patterns, including proficiency in REVIT, is a must-have technical skill.
