Project Lead

You will be responsible for creating work plans, monitoring and tracking work schedules to ensure on-time delivery as per defined quality standards. Additionally, you will need to develop and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities and increase productivity. It is crucial to ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and actively participate in technical discussions and reviews. Preparation and submission of status reports will be required to minimize exposure and risks on the project or for the closure of escalations.
